Preston Rowe Paterson looks after all Building Management for One Wharf Lane. Our dedicated and experienced team of professionals, who uphold Preston Rowe Paterson’s commitment to outstanding service, share a common goal to continually look at ways to improve the level of service to tenants.

The Building Management operates building systems, including air conditioning, fire systems and general maintenance. One Wharf Lane also has a full-time concierge service for tenants and contractors.

Hours of Operation

One Wharf Lane hours (as defined in the lease) are:

Monday through to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday restricted access (security pass only or pre booked).
